Phenomenal Touch Massage
Phenomenal Touch Massage as taught to me by Leslie Bruder, Founder/Director of the Phenomenal Touch Institute, uses a signature, three-dimensional approach to massage therapy. Both sides of the client’s body are massaged simultaneously, cradling and moving the body as if it were supported in water. Phenomenal Touch Massage utilizes gravity, movement, conscious contact and seamless transitions to open the recipient’s heart and body to the healing attributes of massage. My Phenomenal Touch bodywork also incorporates stretches, breathe work, trigger point and neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, Deep tissue, acupressure, and energetic healing touch therapy.

Unusually multidimensional in approach, my gift is to bring my clients absolute joy, relaxation, release of physical discomfort, emotional blockages and anything that no longer serves them. With deep intent, prayerful energy, and intuitive sensitivity, I am able to deliver what human bodies crave ~ natural feelings of peace, calm, balance, passion and aliveness.
Polarity Therapy
Every massage I give, incorporates polarity therapy as taught to me by Becky Green, Phd, Director Emeritus of Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts. Polarity Therapy refers to the techniques used for balancing the flow of the body's energy currents in various areas (or positive and negative poles) of the body. Polarity takes the body back to its original blueprint of optimum health. While lying on a massage table, this powerful hands-on healing system promotes restored energy, balance, de-stresses and harmonizes the mind-body-spirit through integrated energetic methods.
